A random 8-digit unique Order ID is generated each time you create an order.

However, you can only access your order by visiting the link containing your Order ID that you are redirected to once you create your order.

If you lose your Order ID but have sent tokens to the generated deposit address, your order will still be fulfilled.

We also temporarily store your Order IDs locally in your browser's offline cache. This cache is viewable on the "My Orders" page. Bookmarking or writing down each Order ID is still advised.

Your order should take around 5-10 mintues to be fulfilled after the first deposit confirmation is detected.

The main factors that impact order wait times are the congestion and block confirmation times of the deposit network and the destination network.

While not all orders have time limits, most orders have a 30-minute deposit window before the quote expires.

Chameleon Dog will not fulfill your order until we detect at least one block confirmation, but the order cannot expire once a pending transaction has been detected.

The lower your deposit transaction's network fee, the longer your order may take to confirm.

No. The fees Chameleon Dog charges never exceed 1.00% on float-rate swaps and 3.00% on fixed-rate swaps. This remains true, irrespective of order size.

Please note that the fee switch is currently not enabled. This means that the fees Chameleon Dog currently charges never exceed 0.00%, but this is temporary.

Upper fee limits may be reduced depending on your $LEON balance on Solana, as shown by the Fee Explainer.

The total fee is calculated as follows: Chameleon Dog Fee + Network Fee + Slippage.

It is worth nothing that the "Network Fee" specifically refers to the transaction fee paid by Chameleon Dog to send the exchanged tokens to your destination wallet.

With each order, we calculate a network fee that is just low enough to be cost-effective while just high enough so that you receive your tokens in a timely manner.

Despite storing no user logs, Chameleon Dog is a legal service that is available for use in most jurisdictions, even in the United States!

However, you may also be subject to applicable laws in your jurisdiction that enforce financial reporting requirements, rules for exchanging cryptocurrency, or digital asset taxation.

To ensure bare minimum international compliance, basic AML checks are performed on the wallets. Receipts of AML checks are instantly destroyed and never kept.

While we may not be able to service all customers due to international AML policies, less than 0.1% of swaps fail to pass. Either way, funds are never lost or frozen.

Swaps where the sender wallet fails the necessary AML checks are automatically refunded. Unlike all other refunds, the sender must bear the transaction cost of the refund.

If the destination wallet you provide is known to be associated with a terrorist organization such as a state-sponsorsed hacking group, then we may block you from creating that order altogether.

Only wallet addresses are used to perform the AML checks, which are automatic. We NEVER use any other data when we perform an AML check, not even your IP address.

If your trade route encapsulates a profitable arbitrage, we charge negative slippage, allowing you to pocket a bonus each time you help rebalance inefficient markets.

We partner with provably solvent CEXs to ensure your exchanged tokens are withdrawn to your wallet from a reputable hot wallet.

If something goes wrong during this step, your transaction is still 100% insured, and Chameleon Dog will reimburse you out-of-pocket from its on-chain reserves.

We never log user info. Not even IP addresses or browser metadata.

Your order history is stored locally in your browser's cache and can be deleted at any time.

It is impossible to deterministically link two different orders to the same user.

Even if your swap encounters an error and cannot be fulfilled, 100% of your collateral will be automatically refunded by our fail-safe order engine.
